Entry Level Mechanic

Founded in 1990, Basler Turbo Conversions, LLC is headquartered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Our BT-67 aircraft is flown in almost every corner of the world. We offer a clean, safe working environment in our 75,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility, and competitive pay with a full benefits package.
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, accountable entry-level Aircraft Mechanic  to be part of a great and fast growing team. This entry-level opportunity requires 1 year of manufacturing/maintenance experience.  Must be familiar with air tools, hand tools & must have a strong mechanical aptitude. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade with the opportunity to advance as you become more skilled in the roll. Other duties as assigned.

  • Must have own set of basic mechanic tools and rolling tool box
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests.
  • Be authorized to work in the US.

Physical Abilities:
This position requires you to perform a variety of physical activities such as:
  • Climbing, standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, sitting, working overhead, extensive walking, working in tight/confined spaces and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Handling hazardous material in performance of assigned duties
  • Be able to use Personal Protective Equipment (e.g., respirators, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.)
